I was born and raised in Sandy Bay, on this very property, until my family migrated to New York, where I worked until after 911. I now live and work in Sunny Florida, hoping one day to retire and move back to my childhood town of Sandy Bay. I would love for you to come and visit, and create some wonderful memories of your own.
Why Sandy Bay?
This property means a lot to me. I spent many sunny wonderful days here as a child, along the shores, and plucking all different kinds of fruit from the trees.
This property was part of my great-grandfather's farm and most of the property still remains in my family after generations.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is right on the beach, and a short swim to the reef, where you can snorkel famous Spooky Channel right in front of house.
You will be away from the touristy, cruise ship crowd, but minutes by taxi or car to the beautiful beaches of West Bay or nightlife of West End.
Come and enjoy all the beauty of Roatan and the hospitality of living among the locals, and I hope that you will want to come back again.
